Stream traps
The most important task of a steam trap is to quickly drain off the condensate that has formed in steam pipes, trace heaters and steam consumers. A steam trap is also intended to save energy by retaining live steam and discharging non-condensable gases such as air. Steam traps are subdivided into various categories depending on their functional principle. This results in various design types.
